Scouting Fun

Come Join Troop 4 Boys and Troop 11 Girls for a Day of Fun and Food

• Where:  YMCA Outdoor Center East St. Lower Lot - Outside Hayes Lodge

• When:    Saturday April 12, 2024
  9:30am-1:00pm (rain or shine)

• What:    Rope Course (weather permitting) , Axe Throwing, Giant Jenga, Knots, Fire Building, Chili, Cornbread

• Who:      All Hopkinton Youth 10+ years old interested in Scouting, their family and parents - no previous Scouting experience is necessary

Activities include hatchet throwing, giant Jenga, knots, Gaga ball and more.  Food will include vegetarian chili and cornbread. While enjoying the activities, you will learn more about Hopkinton’s Scouting programs which offer outdoor adventures, skill building, teamwork and leadership development. 

If you’ve wondered about Scouting, but weren’t sure if it was for you, this is a great chance to meet some Scouts and learn about what we do and hear of the awesome trips we take.  No previous scouting experience is necessary.  Adult volunteers will be on hand to answer questions from parents.
