Process for Requesting a Virtual Blue Card
Step 1: Select an MBC for the Merit Badge that you want to start from the list below. If there is no Troop MBC, the Advancement chair will look for a counselor in the Council and provide contact information.
Step 2: Fill out the form below or go to https://www.troop4hopkinton.com/advancement-merit-badges/start-a-merit-badge.
Step 3: The Advancement chair will connect you with the merit badge counselor in Scoutbook. NOTE: DO NOT complete requirements directly in Scoutbook. Your Merit Badge counselor and the Advancement Chair are the only ones who can approve and enter completed requirements into Scoutbook.
When the Merit Badge is completed, you will be recognized with your Merit Badge at the next Court of Honor.
